Job description
TECH MAHINDRA IS HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS (UK & Australia)
Location : YARAWADA, Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type : Full time
About the Role :
We’re seeking talented customer service professionals to join our INTERNATIONAL voice process team, handling inbound/outbound calls for UK and Australia clients.
Key Responsibilities :
– Provide exceptional customer service
– Resolve customer queries and concerns
– Achieve daily and monthly targets
-Escalate issues as necessary
Requirements :
– Excellent English communication skills
– Good listening skills and attention to detail
– Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
– Good technical knowledge and aptitude for technical support roles
– Sales acumen with the ability to achieve targets for sales roles
– 6 months + voice experience in BPO (HSC/Graduate) or 1 year + international BPO experience (SSC)
Salary & Benefits :
