Position Summary :
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about payroll management and analytics, focusing on ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Processing : Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Data Management : Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, salaries and deductions.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company standards.
Reporting : Generate payroll reports and analytics for internal and external stakeholders.
Issue Resolution : Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
System Management : Work with payroll software and systems to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
Audit Support : Assist in payroll audits by providing required documentation and reports.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations.
Collaboration : Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.

Qualifications :
