Organizes and conducts meetings for exchange and regular points with his/ her assistants’ team.
Ensures the hierarchical or functional management of the assistants within his/ her network. (Optional)
Management of Files
Collects pertinent information from the Entity’s teams, internal partners and any other useful source so as to prepare all the elements necessary to the activity of his/ her manager.
Manages specific issues, in compliance with the Manager.
Completes purchases and ensures by delegation a role of validation (Optional) in various fields (purchase tools/billings, travel, etc.)
Monitors the Entity’s budget. (Optional)
Processing of requests
Answers to internal/ external requests in a time manner, while respecting the group’s values so as to ensure a positive image of the group/entity.
Manages priority, tackles emergencies while being very attentive to impacts and potential tensions to mitigate.
Anticipates needs/ requests so as to contribute to the group’s/Entity’s performance.

Organizes and optimizes the time of the manager. deals with all the subjects within the appropriate deadlines (included professional trips, documents/files/ reporting, budget monitoring).

Qualification :
Fresher with an eagerness to learn and stay updated on operational practices
Proficiency in using MS office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting

The Annual CTC (at the minimum of the E1 scale) is 14 lakhs approximately.
Method of selection
The selection process comprises of two phases :
1) Phase-1- Objective Type Online Test (60 marks)
The online Test shall be of 60 Minutes duration comprising of 60 Multiple choice Questions in the areas of General Awareness [5 Marks], English Language [5 Marks], Numerical Ability [5 Marks], Reasoning Ability [5 Marks] and Subject Based [40 Marks]. Each question carries one mark and there will be no negative marks.
2) Phase -2 – Group Discussion (GD) , Writing Skills and Personal Interview [40 marks]
3) Marks are assigned to the following parameters for preparing the final rank list for selection
(a) Objective Type Online Test : 60 marks
(b) Group Discussion [GD] : 10 marks
(c) Writing Skills : 10 marks
(d) Personal Interview : 20 marks
Total : 100 marks
